WHO WE ARE
IMEXLOG is a global trade and logistics networking platform that connects businesses, individuals, governments, and agencies with verified manufacturers, suppliers, buyers, distributors, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners across the countries.
For the purposes of data protection law, IMEXLOG is the data controller for personal information collected through the platform. Where we process information on behalf of a member (for example, during a verification request on their counterparty), we act as a data processor on that member's behalf.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
IMEXLOG is a B2B platform intended for use by businesses, trade professionals, and adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18.
If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact privacy@imexlog.org and we will promptly delete it.
POLICY UPDATES
